The community and family feel, the wonderful position by the South Downs National Park and River Arun, the easy links by road and rail (less than an hour to London by train!), great local schools and access to many walks, parks and other parts of West Sussex and beyond, all go to proving that Pulborough is a lovely place to choose to live.
Pulborough and the surrounding villages such as Arundel, Amberley, Petworth and Storrington (where the other GL & Co office is and where you'll find more Sales and Lettings staff to assist and advise) have a wealth of shopping, eateries, walks, schools, parks, sports facilities, stately homes, local events, as well as a fantastic range or properties to suit every budget. It is also often in the top places to live and recently featured in a 'Lets Move To....' article in Sussex Life magazine.
Our team feel that a visit to the local Vineyards (we are perfectly positioned for many benefitting from the South Downs), Pulborough Brooks and Parham House and Gardens, are must do for all! But even if it's independent shops, kayaking the River Arun or walking the South Downs Way, it is the perfect place to live!
And if it's good enough for Dame Maggie Smith, who's lived here since the early 80's, then Pulborough is definitely good enough for us!
